At NoBakwaas.com, we aim to deliver products you’ll love, but we understand that sometimes things may not work out as expected. To ensure your shopping experience remains hassle-free, here’s everything you need to know about our 7-Day Return and Refund Policy:

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Eligibility for Returns

• Items must be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery.
• Products should be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
• Items purchased during sales, promotions, or with discount codes are not eligible for returns.
• Returns are not applicable for innerwear or any customized products, unless there is a manufacturing defect.
• Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

How to Initiate a Return

1. Submit a Return Request
   • Email us at returns@nobakwaas.com with your order number, product details, and reason for return.
   • Alternatively, you can use the Return Form available on our website.
2. Return Approval:
   • Once your return request is reviewed, you will receive an email confirmation with instructions on how to proceed.
   • Please allow up to 48 hours for approval.
3. Ship the Product:
   • Pack the item securely to avoid damage during transit.
   • Ship the product to the return address provided in the confirmation email.
   • Return shipping charges are to be borne by the customer unless the product is defective or damaged during delivery.

Refund Process

1. Inspection:
   • Once we receive the returned item, it will be inspected to ensure it meets our return criteria.
2. Refund Approval:
   • If the product passes inspection, the refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
   • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (credit card, debit card, UPI, or wallet) or as store credit if requested.
3. Non-Approval:
   • If the returned item fails the inspection (e.g., used or damaged), we will notify you via email, and the product will be shipped back to you at your expense.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, kindly return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product:

• Contact us immediately at support@nobakwaas.com or WhatsApp us at +91-983-4568-387 with images of the product and packaging.
• We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund, including return shipping costs.

Exceptions

• Products marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” cannot be returned or refunded.
• Returns initiated after 7 days of delivery will not be accepted.
